I have been meaning to do a wedding guest edit for a while now as wedding season has well and truly started. I have been trawling all the online sites the last month to get some summer dresses for upcoming weddings, and I was drawn to all the floral ones time and time again. Floral prints are so pretty and romantic its not surprising they are such a popular choice for wedding guests. As most weddings occur during the spring and summer months its a great way to embrace some colour while still looking event appropriate.
I was lucky to attend the most stunning wedding last week in Ibiza and I was obsessed with the dress I bought from ASOS. The style is a little more daring than I would usually wear for a wedding due to the back cut out but I felt like it really worked for an abroad wedding in such a sunny destination.
I have rounded up my favourite floral finds online so if you have any events or weddings coming up, happy shopping!

This sky blue button down dress would be the perfect pairing for a summer garden wedding, the soft hues contrasting with the bright petals is guaranteed to get compliments.
Another soft blue option with flattering ruche front, with elegant soft ruffled sleeves and graduated hem. This dress would look amazing on any shape or size.
My favourite from the selection, the floaty ruffles and tie back detail are to die for.
I loved the simplicity of this silhouette. This would look equally beautiful as it is or amped up with some statement tassel earrings. This would work particularly well on tall ladies.
A great budget option if your in a pinch but want a new frock. No one will believe the price tag of this total show stopper with one statement ruffle shoulder and bright print.
This is such an elegant option for a more classic affair. Incorporating a floral print on a more structured shape gives a modern twist to a formal dress.
This ASOS Plus dress is really similar to the one I wore recently, I am yellow obsessed at the moment. Its is such a beautiful colour way with the contracting greenery and you cant go wrong with a wrap style.
This Paper Dolls lace dress looks straight off the runway. With such intricate lace overlay and floral motif everyone will think you are wearing high end designer. Such a beautiful option for petite ladies looking to wow their fellow wedding guests
For any fellow tall ladies that want to wear a floor length maxi and not have to forego your heels, this vibrant orange plunge dress is for you. I love how it’s been styled with matching earrings to compliment the bright tangerine. This gives me all the summer feels.
This is the dress I wore last week and I felt a million dollars in it. Its brighter than I have worn in the past but the colour really popped in the sunshine and I cant wait to wear it again. There are limited sizes left for I have added another similar option below.
This dress has a similar vibe to the one above but is a slightly lighter material and has a beautiful floaty hem. I actually purchased this too and am saving it to wear when the weather picks up again. It is really versatile and would be beautiful for a wedding but could be worn again and again for other events too.
Let me know if you have your eye on any of the above options and tag me in your photos on instagram @heelsandhormones if you wear any!
Until next time…
